WasteWise AI wasn't born in a sleek startup incubator. It started in the sweaty, chaotic back-of-house where we spent our careers.
We're chefs. Restaurant managers. Line cooks who became culinary directors. Dishwashers who worked their way up to ownership. Between us, we've opened twelve restaurants, managed hundreds of staff, and spent thousands of nights closing down kitchens long after midnight.
And we've all thrown away perfectly good food because there simply wasn't a better system.
