Our Story

From Kitchen Trenches to Kitchen Tech

WasteWise AI wasn't born in a sleek startup incubator. It started in the sweaty, chaotic back-of-house where we spent our careers.

We're chefs. Restaurant managers. Line cooks who became culinary directors. Dishwashers who worked their way up to ownership. Between us, we've opened twelve restaurants, managed hundreds of staff, and spent thousands of nights closing down kitchens long after midnight.

And we've all thrown away perfectly good food because there simply wasn't a better system.

We Built What We Wished We Had

We needed technology—not another complicated system built by people who'd never worked a Saturday night rush, but something that worked as intuitively as calling out orders on the line.
